Your first account and later sign-ins
Create a PP6 Account Without Losing Track of the Details
The registration form is only one part of opening an account. The phone number you choose, the name you enter and the way you store your password matter when you return to log in or need to verify a payment. Take a moment to get those details right before moving through the PP6 sign-up screen.
Have These Details Ready
Only adults aged 18 and over should register. Use a mobile number you control and expect to keep using; a temporary or borrowed number can make password recovery difficult. Where identity checks apply, your account name should agree with the documents and payment method you will provide.
- Your active Indian mobile number, with the phone close by
- An email address you can access privately, if requested
- A new password that is not used for another service
- Accurate birth and identity information
Complete the Form in Three Stages
Find the Registration Screen
Use the PP6 link, open the app and select Register. Before entering personal details, check that you followed the intended address. A copied sign-up page may look familiar while belonging to someone else. Be particularly careful with invitations from unknown numbers or unverified chat groups.
Add Details You Can Verify Later
Enter the required fields, including your number and date of birth. If a username is needed, avoid including private information in it. Choose a password built from an unpredictable combination of words, digits and symbols. Read the terms and privacy information before agreeing, then check the completed fields for typing mistakes.
Enter the Code on Your Own Device
If PP6 sends a one-time password, copy it into the verification field yourself. Do not forward the message to another person or read the code aloud to someone claiming to help. Acceptance of the code completes that verification step; follow any remaining prompts shown in the account area.
Signing In After Registration
- Return through the PP6 app or its intended website address.
- Choose Login and supply the username or registered mobile number requested.
- Enter the account password and submit the details once.
- Complete any additional identity or device check on the screen.
On a borrowed phone or public computer, decline offers to remember the password. Sign out when finished and remove any credentials the browser saved. Closing a tab alone may leave the session active.
When a Password or Phone Number Stops Working
Use Forgot Password as soon as you know the saved password is wrong, rather than making repeated guesses. Recovery may send a code to the registered number. If you no longer control it, contact the support route inside the app and explain the access problem. Expect to establish ownership; paying an outside “recovery expert” is not a substitute for that process.
Prepare for Verification Before Depositing
Being able to log in does not mean every payment check is complete. A withdrawal may require readable identity files, such as Aadhaar, PAN or another accepted document, according to the request displayed. Upload them through the account's secure submission area and avoid disclosing information that the form does not require.
Read the cashier limits and any welcome-offer conditions before adding funds. Check whether a reward has rollover requirements or an expiry date. Those restrictions can affect how much of the displayed balance is available to withdraw.
Keep the Account Manageable
- Store the password somewhere private and never reuse it elsewhere.
- Keep both login OTPs and payment codes out of messages.
- Look through recent activity if an alert was not caused by you.
- Remove access from devices you have stopped using.
- Choose a spending ceiling before putting money in the wallet.
A few careful checks now can save a long recovery conversation later. Keep the number active, the profile accurate and the device protected.
